  1. The purpose of this Privacy Policy (referred to as "Policy" hereafter) is to provide information and assist users in understanding their responsibilities and rights under the European General Data Protection Regulation (referred to as "GDPR" hereafter).

  4. The personal data of customers and users is stored and processed in compliance with the GDPR requirements. The term "Personal Data" is used in accordance with the definition of personal data in the GDPR.
  5. The administrator puts in all the required work to protect the interests of individuals and organizations who share their personal and corporate information. Additionally, they guarantee that the data is collected and stored in compliance with GDPR and will be used only for the particular purposes for which specific consent has been given.
  6. The site administrator acknowledges the significance of maintaining privacy levels required by visitors, users, and customers when sharing personal data in existing and future cooperation agreements.

SCOPE AND GOAL OF PERSONAL DATA GATHERING, PROCESSING AND STORING

  1. Every time the Administrator collects, stores, or processes personal information, it is done in strict compliance with GDPR regulations.
  2. The Administrator typically collects, stores, and processes personal data for the following main reasons:
    • Recruitment
    • Business Development
    • After-sales Management
    • Marketing
    • Event Management
    • Accounting
  3. If there are plans to collect personal data for purposes other than those initially stated, customers and/or users will be asked to provide separate consent for each specific purpose.
  4. The data we gather is exclusively for internal use and will not be disclosed to any external parties.
  5. Once consent has been given, the Administrator is authorized to gather, handle, and retain the following information:
    • Name and Surname
    • E-mail address
    • Telefon number
    • Physical address
    • URL addresses linking to personal data
    • Previous Employment and Education details
    • Bank account number (for customers only)
    • Any other invoicing data (for customers only)
    • Company details (for customers only)
    • Contact person details (for customers only)

DATA CONTROL AND EDIT RIGHTS

  1. Customers and users have the right to request access to their personal data and request its modification at any time.
  2. Customers and users have the right to redefine the extent to which their personal data may be processed and retained.
  3. Users and customers have the privilege to ask for the removal of their personal information from the database of the Administrator at any time.
  4. According to Article 17 of the GDPR, customers and users have the right to ask to be erased from the records.
  5. If a customer or user wants to access, edit, or delete their personal data, the administrator may request additional information to confirm the requester's identity and prevent any misuse of the editing and/or deleting privileges.
  6. In order to ensure security and keep track of changes, customers and users are required to submit a written request if they wish to make any of the changes outlined in sections 3.1 and 3.2 or if they want to request the deletion of their personal data.   7. All requests described in item three, submitted in writing directly to the administrator, will be addressed within 72 hours.

CONTACT WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR

  • All customers and users are entitled to reach out to the administrator at any time, using any of the communication methods specified in point number one of the Policy. However, all formal requests must be submitted in writing, utilizing the email address ivan@ihadventureandcreative.com.
  • The Administrator will keep all communication with customers and users for statistical reasons and in case there are any claims about requests to edit or delete content.

SECURITY

  • The Administrator ensures that all required technical measures are put in place to safeguard all stored data of Customers and Users from external threats, with a special focus on preventing:
    • Data disclosure to non-authorized persons
    • Data leaks out of the Administrator’s business tools
    • Data theft
  • The Administrator ensures that all required technical measures are put in place to prevent unauthorized individuals from altering or deleting data.
  • The security measures to comply with 5.1 and 5.2 are:
    • HTTPS Protocols
    • Data Encryption
    • Password Policy

MISCELLANEOUS

  • The website mentions external websites or third-party services. It is highly advised by the Administrator to review the privacy policy and terms of use of each of those external sites and/or third-party services, as they are not within the scope of the administrator’s liability.
  • The Administrator has the right to make any necessary changes to the Policy, including but not limited to legal changes, especially those related to GDPR requirements, affecting our obligations and the rights of customers and users.
  • In the event of any modifications to the Policy, a transparent notification will be issued to communicate the implemented changes.
